How I Coach
Non-directive, curious, compassionate coaching.
I believe you already hold the knowledge you need to make choices in your life.
I’ve trained in a range of approaches, including coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), somatic work, mindfulness, and nature-based practices.
I don’t follow a fixed model, because most models were created within systems that don’t always support how people naturally live, move, and process.
We focus on what you need — using what helps and leaving the rest.
You’re not a project.
You’re not a problem to solve.You have wisdom that exists beyond and before any model.
You’re a whole person within a larger ecosystem — and this is where we meet.

Working With Nature
We meet in and with natural spaces across East London in ways that are accessible to you — walking, rolling, sitting, or resting.
Coaching in nature can shift perspective, support focus, slow the pace, and bring a different kind of awareness.
If the spaces I suggest don’t work for you, we’ll find one that does — this could be online, by phone, or in a space that feels right for you, including your own garden.
If you’d like support to travel to or get familiar with a space before we coach there, I can offer this as additional access support.
I recognise that natural spaces aren’t accessible to everyone.

love, gratitude and respect for nature’s role in guiding us
a deep and lived understanding of supporting and meeting human needs, and the relationship that barriers have with trauma and the experiences of intersecting systems of oppression
15+ years building a profile career in creative access in theatre and participatory arts settings.
supporting clients who encounter barriers in many areas of life, including those who identify as Deaf and, or disabled, neurodivergent, learning disabled or live with chronic and fluctuating physical or mental health states and conditions
no university degrees, no big long words that make me sound like I know it all, realness and intelligence learned from life. Quick maths : curiosity X diversity = intelligence!

Space to think, feel, explore, untangle and make sense of what’s present.
Accountability and check-ins between coaching conversations is available if needed.
